~ Premade angel food cake cups
~ strawberries
~ 1/2 carton of heavy whipping cream
~ 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Optional: sanding / regular sugar over the strawberries

Just get a decent sized bowl, pour in the heavy whipping cream and the sugar - make sure both are cold - and whip until you see stiff peaks. (Electric hand blender is your friend) You can also add a capful of vanilla extract, or your favorite liqueur if you want it fancier.

Cut off the tops....slice the berries...sugar the berries (they were perfect as they were, I didn't bother) then top the cake with the berries and spoon on the whipping cream!
