Presenting a character who was formally introduced for the first time in the final chapter of Black Widow, Todd Bennett is a young leopard looking to follow in the footsteps of his father Terry, an Inspector in the Gracilis Gardens police station in Ramsdell, Borna City. He and Wesley became fast friends, even if he was concerned about the troubled Neko in the first months he knew him.
