Appearance: Snake and aquatic pokémon, with the body color cream. He has emerald green eyes with long green antennas above them. In addition, there are long fins, similar to the hair on their eyes, which start thin and are thicker towards the tips. These eyebrows extend to almost half the length of the body of Milotic, and will be longer in the female than the male. On top of his relatively small head is a straight spike. Running down either side of his neck, there are three black dots, similar to the gills. His lower body is a pattern of red and yellow scales, diamond-shaped, remarked with black. The tail consists of four large yellow fins with red ovals in their centers. Each of the tail fins is slightly overlapped to the next, making it resemble a fan. He has a small star-shaped birthmark on his long body. He has a white shirt and a pink silk cake scarf on his neck.

Mini story: He was born into a family of clothing designers and all the pokémon were shiny. When he evolved into a beautiful Milotic, they started looking for designers for him. He was very patient when the designers always put men's clothes too feminine for him by making his trainer angry. Finally his trrainer had to do the work and his wife was his photographer for his photos. He was famous in numerous magazines but very shy when his trainer had an intervie and the cameras are recorded.

- The color that he had on his eyebrows and his tail is very rare and makes it special.
- They always do a short medical examination before going through the footbridges because his shyness makes him sick.
