Appearance: Canine and quadruped Pokémon, which is mainly blue with a pointed mane, yellow on his head and yellow tufts of hair on his forepaws and around his front paws. His mane sticks up and has three points. He has a serrated upper jaw, with eyes, dark aquamarine and dark orange, by the heterochromia, and holes on each side of his head that seems to be his ears. Each of his paws has three claws. His beak-shaped blue tail bends into an acute angle. He has a black uniform with a white shirt and an elegant black tie with a yellow lightining. He's got a scar on his right eye. On the back of his uniform appears the tattoo that has Arionne in his belly but yellow.

Mini story: He was born in a family that were all inventors. They used electric energy and other renewable energies to protect the environment. The family never used polluting energies to cook or to entertain. They made many inventions, some did not work and others exploded because of the enormous amount of electricity that absorbed. The Manectric helped to maintain the house with light as he had to be recharged every 24 hours and his family tried to get some device so that their pokémon was not every day keeping the light of the house. His trainer invented a battery-like capsule to store electricity but his parents did not see it feasible. His parents made an Electivire robot to take care of the task of electricity but when receiving the first electric shock, exploded and the Manectric use Protect to not suffer damage but a sharp piece was nailed to the face of the Manectric before use the movement. The family thought that they had left him blind from one eye, they quickly went to the Pokémon Center while his father invented something to be able to have light for long years. They arrived at the Pokémon Center and Nurse Joy took care of extracting the object he had on his face. He had to sleep to take it off and 15 minutes later, it was over. When she left the O.R., nurse Joy reported that it's all right. The eye was not damaged and had to be patched for a few months until he was fully cured. Mother and daughter were already calm and the Manectric was a little dazed by the anesthesia. They took the Pokémon at home and his father had created what his daughter had said and did a little test when the Manectric was better. When the night came, they ran out of light and took the test. The electricity was stored perfectly and they installed a device to store the capsules and saved a lot of light for years. A few years later, his daughter decided to go on a trip to Kalos accompanied by Manectric and make friends during her trip.
