Well, his name is Flann, a kitty cat who has wide dragon hips.

A cheerful feminine kitty boy who has a passion for alchemy and magic, he prefers the powers of creating potions, lotions and tonics than casting magic, however.

He really likes creating potions on the attic of his house and he's really into learning all kinds of potions he could make, he also likes selling them to people or give those potions to his friends mainly for the sole reason of helping others and making them happy, a weight gain potion? Sure thing, a potion that turns you into an anthro of some species? He can do it.

Doesn't mean that he's a master at the art, he's still learning, slowly and steadily and sometimes these potions have been failures, his dragon hips are an example of a temporary dragon transformation where the after-effects of coming back to normal were those new and permanent hips of his, he got used to it but he still needs to get accustomed with having to buy extra large pants and shorts for it and also save money to widen the doorways of his house.
