Appearance (Riolu): Toshio is a small blue canine pokémon, like a jackal. He has his legs, feet and torso completely black with a blue tail and a yellow collar. He has rounded white bumps on the front arms. He has a black “mask” with the eyes, one yellow and the other dark green by heterochromia. He stands on the toes instead of his entire foot. He's sensitive to a special type of energy called aura; However, he doesn't have the capacity to fully utilize these powers, although he can still emanate these waves to communicate and feel them, but only when he can. He has two black appendages that hang from his head, which rise when he feels or manipulates Aura, a special energy that he perceives. Appearance (Lucario): He's a bipedal pokémon resembling a jackal but with blue and black fur. He has a short, round white spike on the superior part of his paws, plus a third on his chest. He has eyes, one yellow and the other dark green, a long snout and ears. When his mouth is open, he has two pairs of pointed teeth, one in the upper jaw and the other in the lower. He has a cream-colored fur on his torso, and blue hair on his thighs that resembles shorts. He has an average length tail of the same blue color as well. He stands on his toes rather than on his entire foot. He has developed four black appendages that hang from his head, which rise when he feels or manipulates Aura, a special energy that he perceives. He can understand human speech, and communicates with humans through telepathy. At his job, he has a white uniform with blue shirt and a pin of a golden turtle with a blue ribbon on his neck. He has the clan symbol on the back colored blue. He's got some silver spike bracelets on every wrist. He has a spiral tattoo on his chest.

Appearance (M-Lucario): When mega evolves, her cream-colored fur gets longer, and his thighs are less slender. He develops more white spikes at the top of their paws, and change color to crimson. Also develops spikes on both feet and turn crimson as well. Their eyes that have heterochromia, change completely his color to an intense red. Their appendages that detect the aura grow more, and two of them bow in crimson. Their shoulders also pose a beak each. His aura rises along his body, forming black marks on his blue coat. At his job, he has a white uniform with blue shirt and a pin of a golden turtle with a blue ribbon on his neck. He has the clan symbol on the back colored blue. He's got some silver spike bracelets on every wrist. He has a spiral tattoo on his chest

Mini story: Born in a large forest near a village where in the days that had no moon, parties were celebrated and had a great friendship with the people of the village. On a spring day, poachers captured him and the villagers called the police and even fought against them by saving the captured Pokémon. The Riolu felt big happiness and evolved into Lucario by being rescued. A while later, he went on adventures with a group of trainers to Kalos where they gave a Mega stone and stay in the semi-finals of the Pokémon League of the region.

Skills:

- Attack and speed increase by 5% when using his aura.

Curiosities:

- He didn't know the tattoo on his chest. He thinks he was born and learned Aural Sphere faster than other Lucario.
