I decided to do a redesign of Scooter, changing up the clothes and adding a little more pattern, such as the brighter arms. The original design with the jumper and bandana didn't really seem like they had matched my character. Ultimately, I included a bandana because I thought it was cool; I later thought they were a little too generic for my liking. Not to say Scooter is 100% original or has no generic traits, however.
I was also able to draw the feet this time. I've had trouble drawing feet in the past, but here it wasn't as difficult as I was anticipating. It has led me to simply cutting off the image at the feet in some of my artworks. Speaking of that, I have also said that I won't upload my older images here, but I think I retract my statement; I'll upload them from time to time.
