A new character of mine. :D
Following the private investigator pun behind Drew, I figured I had to do a loan shark. XD
Coincidentally, he's also the loan shark Drew is in debt with. Drew needed money so he could afford his office and has apparently still not paid him back. Because of this, he sometimes has Drew pay him in... different ways. Such as bondage. Yep!
Drew and Elijah have a mutual dislike for each other. It's probably obvious why. XD
