Reuploading a bunch of stuff from my DA. I will be copy-pasting descriptions to speed things up.
Little Rissa is hopping into the AOSTH Universe too, but now with 80% more adorableness.
Her parents and home are unknown, as is much of her childhood. What is known is that at some point, she crossed paths with Dr. Robotnik. For reasons that seem to only make sense to her and Robotnik (Literally, if asked both will answer "Obvious reasons, of course") she chose to join up with him and become an underling in his attempts to take over Planet Mobius. Though Rissa claims her job is to serve Dr. Robotnik and help him defeat his rival Sonic, what her job actually seems to be is being as much of a nuisance as possible without actually getting in trouble for it. Rissa can commonly be seen climbing over Robotnik - quite literally. She has absolutely zero boundaries with Robotnik and will regularly invade his personal space while having a seemingly normal conversation with him. She commonly leans her chin on his shoulder, completely rests her entire weight on his back, wraps her arms around his neck, and on the most extreme - but suspiciously common - moments, will climb on his back and piggyback from place to place. It is common to see Robotnik walking around with Rissa on his backside, as he eventually reaches a point where he no longer cares if she piggybacks off of him anymore. When Rissa isn't climbing all over Robotnik, she can often be seen following around Scratch and Grounder - especially given she finds the former absolutely adorable due to her love of birds. If at any point something goes wrong, even if it was her fault, she tries to pin the blame on Scratch and/or Grounder, leaning on Robotnik and insisting "They just wouldn't listen to me, boss" until he either believes her and gets them in trouble, or just drops it entirely out of disinterest. She is known for interrupting Robotnik with trivial questions (Ex: What's for Lunch? Can I borrow your pen when we get home?) or making subtle jokes about how Sonic will probably stop his plans. Despite the fact that she seems to do nothing but pester him, she actually cares very deeply about him and wants to see him succeed. She just can't resist the chance to make jokes, knowing full well she'll get away with them because Robotnik probably isn't listening anyways. She almost exclusively calls him boss. She owns an avian robot named Wing Drone which is meant to transport her and defend herself, but when asked why she rides on Robotnik's shoulder instead, she insists she "forgot to charge the battery again" and that she's "Not really good at this whole "remembering to charge batteries" thing". This incarnation of Rissa is noticeably shorter than her other incarnations, though it has little influence on her actions. Her hobbies are talking to Robotnik and building robots and she often tries to sleep in the same bed/room as him. Rissa is absolutely terrified of Mamma Robotnik and any episode she's in, Rissa will absolutely refuse to dismount from Robotnik's shoulder under the claims that she might never been seen again.
Contrary to what it might seem, she actually loves Scratch and Grounder's company. She just happens to love not getting in trouble for things she messed up even more. Though at the end of the day, Robotnik will always be more important than Scratch and Grounder combined. And yes - Rissa does try and sleep in the same bed as him. If he doesn't allow her in - usually hinted by simply pushing her off entirely - she'll slip under the covers while he's asleep. She'll also try and squeeze into chairs with him or sit on his lap if there isn't room.
Running Jokes:
*Caring more about what's for lunch than what Robotnik is actually doing. This might explain her weight.
*Forgetting to charge the Wing Drone's batteries. (This is the only universe where she has to do that) And on the ONE time she does remember to charge its batteries, she loses the Wing Drone and doesn't find it until the batteries are dead.
*Piggybacking around on Robotnik. Nothing like Robotnik trying to have a private conversation with someone - or himself - only for Rissa for lean over the shoulder and interrupt because he admittedly forgot she was there.
*Being utterly terrified of Mamma Robotnik and referring to her in rather rude contexts when she isn't around. (Abomination of nature, pure nightmare fuel, etc)
*Calling Sonic and Tails various "cutesy nicknames" to be annoying. (Son-Son, and Tailsie are her favourites)
*Scratch and Grounder taking all her sarcasm literally. (Ex: She jokingly says "If that's true, then I'm Sonic." so they tie her up and throw her in a cage because capturing Sonic is their job)
