It's quite common in cartoons to see someone running so fast that they trip or collide with something because they can't see where they're going. then they may see stars, birds, or duplicates of something they just saw up until now. They orbit around the head as if it's a little planet until they recover.
This cheetah was out chasing an antelope, when he tripped or a rock and fell face first into the ground, And, you guessed it, he saw stars. (I even colored them in with a rainbow pattern in reference to the gay flag for Gay Pride Day.) Better luck next time, savanna klutz.
