Is it just me ? or the shape of the the Solidarity reminds me of the Exelion from the 1988 OVA gunbuster for reasons unknown... just sayin

Solidarity was constructed by the old Terran government; god knows when. During the Solstice War, revolutionaries found them abandoned. They retrofitted them and built a warship body. Since then they've been adding and improving on themselves, mostly on their own accord.
On second runthrough, what is this thing fighting that it needs 12 RKVs? That's a crazy amount of firepower for the setting you have there. Unless it's meant to fight more of its own kind at ultra-long range like an artillery duel where rate of fire is very important since everything is a one hit kill.
