Slappy was entirely awesome :D and brilliantly written AND voiceacted by the beyond awesome Sherri Stoner, who also was the writer of the first (and best) of the Minerva Mink cartoons. . .
And speaking of the sexy mink, Slappy in her youth was decidedly easy on the eyes as well! >:P (check out the 'Buttermilk' commercial parody)
And this leads up to the fact that Sherri Stoner was quite a babe!! Not only a hugely talented writer, you may be completely amazed to find out (as I was) that she was actually the live-action reference actor for both Disney's Belle in Beauty and the Beast, as well as Ariel in the Little Mermaid -- google around for photos of her posing with a poster of the Little Mermaid wearing a red 1 piece swimsuit -- as Yakko would say, 'rawrrr!!' ;3 For her work as Belle and Ariel, she showed herself to be a superb improvisational physical comedian and actress -- the real Belle and Ariel, and Slappy the Squirrel!:3
