No! Stekskes! It's a Flemish dialect word meaning matches. It's a word joke. The German sentence above can be understood in Dutch as "Wat zaag jij". Translated in English it means "What are you sawing". So if someone says "Was sagen zie" the common reply here is "Stekskes!". Don't ask me where the joke comes from cause I don' know.
