Working "nine to five" can be rewarding. Having nights and weekends off is certainly a plus, but mandatory overtime can quickly burn even the hardest of workers out. At his former job it wasn't uncommon for Cael to work 10 to 12 hour shifts several times a week from August til December to get his work done. While his management team never acknowledged his hard work Cael pressed on; fully dedicated to his work and being the best possible version of himself he could be.
