PokéRider Dark! (Absol Base) A Rival Appears!
Real name: Warui Katagi
Contrary to what you may think, he's not a villain. Dark-Types get a bad rep thanks to misconceptions like those. Even so he's certainly an antagonist towards PokéRider Fight! (Real name: Dōbutsu Sentōki). Despite the type disadvantage, Dark can keep toe to toe with Fight and give him quite the beating if he's not careful. While his true goals are unknown, Dark is never willing to get Civilians involved and will fight the MotW alongside Fight. Dark also mastered how to properly use the Switch Belt beyond what Fight has in only a few hours.
Similarly to Fight, PokéRider Dark can transform into any Dark-Type Pokémon (11 potentially), but still needs secondary Z-Switch2's in order to take on his Duel-Type forms (potentially 42 more). Only 2 less than his rival (excluding… ehem… Special exceptions, but that requires something a bit more advanced.)
*content sigh* It feels good to do something different. Even if it's a random project that no one cares about. Don't care, I think he looks awesome! Absol is my favorite (at Besides Zoroark's for his illussion ability) Dark type Pokémon. Ever since I saw it, I just loved it. Sadly, he wasn't very viable on my team for a long time. Then I discovered how to properly use Sucker Punch and later on his Mega form's Magic Bounce ability and I'm still hooked.

Pure coincidence, I assure you.
Although yep. Dark would take more of a role that KR Knight had for KR Ryuki as a Secondary Rider.
I was thinking of he'd be more of a Kamen Rider Spector when I made him.
I was thinking more so Spector because they would willingly let each other use their collected Z-Switch2's.

Spector is a "dark ghost". Remember his "Deep Spector" form?
Naturally, I was thinking more of his personality rather than physical design. if he were red, he'd remind me more of Kiva (consiquently another "bat" themed Kamen Rider.)
But yeah, Pokémon Types are kind of limiting in that reguard. (I previously made a "Kamen Rider Ghost" myself, but I had to actually scrap the entire idea because litterally the next season of Kamen Rider was… "Kamen Rider Ghost". Also, there really aren't that many "Ghost-Types" that can work with this particular theme/gimmick.)
That said… both Fight and Dark do have Ghost-Type forms too.

Ooh, this is a pretty cool Rider. I've made my own Pokemon based rider not too long ago called Kamen Rider Illusion, with a base form based around Zoroark. Got it drawn not too long ago by someone too though it doesn't have the driver which I'm still working some stuff out for.

That is cool. Seriously, it looks great. Looks like it also took some design inspirations from both Forze and evil Ex-Aid (Sorry, I forgot what he's called. Game, I think?). At the very least even if Pokémon wasn't involved, I would believe that there could be a Kamen Rider with this design, probably based on the same thing that Zoroark is, the Youko (evil Kyubii).
Of course, thanks to how my PokéRider system works, Dark could have his own Zoroark form. Maybe I could try drawing it next.

He's called Genm, but there is also Gaim that kind inspired something else. Though I mainly took inspiration from the common designs that were shared in the majority of the riders but when it came to figuring out forms and such I took a ton of inspiration from Build.
The PokéRider system seems cool, though have you figured out everything for it yet? I've pretty much figured out everything about the technical aspects of my Rider's Driver. My rider uses the PokéTech Driver which has a design based off the Poketech v2 from Platinum and uses discs (though I haven't figured out a good name for them yet) to transform, somewhat referencing TM/HMs.
For forms, early season is the base forms with Zoroark and pokemon that are Dark primary and other typing secondary.
Mid-Season brings in Mega Evos for the applicable base forms and Legendaries.
Late Season brings in Mythicals like Arceus, but also includes an Ultra Beast for a V-Cinema debut form and Missingno as a movie-exclusive form.
Illusion can also use Legend Ride discs to access previous rider powers but can go a bit deeper with certain riders have extra discs, like KaizokuRessha Build and Magnet State Fourze.
Now I also had an extra idea where I got inspiration from Gaim for. Evolution Rides, a system for the Poketech Driver that takes the basis of a Rider and puts a pokemon twist on it while also transforming the driver to that series' driver.
So for instance, you have Gaim with the Sengoku Driver and a motif based around fruits and types of warriors. I used that as basis for the Colbur Arms EvoRide, a form based off the Colbur Berry ( https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/.....i/Colbur_Berry ) and Civil War Era Soldier, complete with a musket that can attach the Musou Saber as a bayonet-esque attachment. So far I'm thinking that the driver transformation happens first, then Illusion used a Colbur Berry Lockseed

Yeah, that's the guy. I remembered that it was a pun off of the word "game", but couldn't remember the exact spelling and almost spelled "Gaim" even though that certainly wasn't it. (Wish I could see that particular series, but it was before I actually got into the modern Kamen Riders. I litterally watched all of Kiva, Decade, OOO's and Double first, but Gaim just wasn't avaliable to me yet. Had to settle for keeping up with Drive and then Ghost instead.)
As for the system. Yes, for the most part. My system is based on both Drive and Build/Double. Double/Build's need for Two items, but mostly Drive and Decade for their TF sounds. "PokéRide" (music) "PokéRider FIGHT!". "Type Change: PokéRider FIGHT! Tyyyyype: STEEL!"
I have ideas for upgraded versions including Megas, even Specifically for Legendary Pokémon forms. I even made one for Joey, my "son" (Really long story), to ride as. Actually it's a "Double Ride" with two Normal Z-Switches. He'd become "PokéRider Bond" and his partner "PokéRider Parental". (Three guesses as to which Pokémon is their Primary Form.) I was going to make and reveal it back in Feburary, but stuff happened so I sadly I had to scrap the idea.
But back to the main system with the real PokéRiders. There are a few snags with the Mega Upgrades though. Like Technically Dark could turn into a MegaGyarados, but he'd have to somehow overcome the fact that Gyarados is a Water/Flying Pokémon. Thus it's a form that is forever denied to him. (Same thing with Fight and a MegaLobunny form.) Legendary forms wouldn't be acheived through normal means as they'd have to actually meet/scan the Legendaries that they'd want to TF into. So I had the idea of "Z-Switch3". That can equip from either side, but will unlock the apropriate Legendary PokéRider Forms.
Oh and ideas for actually Evil Riders and a super secret Third Rider… you didn't hear that (and no, it ain't Joey).
No Legend(er, as in Past) Riders Forms though. At best, I considered mentioning (purely in passing) about previous riders from past Regions, even aluding to what their Bikes were based off of. But it would be too much work for me to create them by scratch outside of the parody aspect of their existence.

Nice, also want to know what you think of the Ride Evolution idea I talked about at the end of my last comment. I also had another idea for a Deoxys Ride Evolution using Fourze, would work similar to his normal states with the Deoxys Switch while the other 3 switch slots would be used to activate modules based off Deoxys' Attack, Defense and Speed forms.
Honestly, I think that changing the entire Driver is a bad idea. Now, it's great that you're thinking about how each driver for each parallel (between rider and their Pokémon counterpart) would work is great. (Fourze Deoxys sounds perfectly EPIC!) However, there is a a reason why the Driver itself doesn't change in even in Anniversary Seasons like Decade and Zio. (With some exceptions, because I just know there's at least one rider who did, like Paradox and Gemn.) The Driver is as much a part of the characters as the riders themselves. Also changing the entire system would make too many item types to sort through for any one character.
At the very least, Ride Evolution is an abitious idea.
