I always loved the Batman villain Joker. I was inspired by this iconic villain to make this werewolf, also named Joker.

Backstory

Dr. Joker used to be an ordinary wolf that was in charge of a lab. Unfortunately, while working late at night on an experiment, something went wrong. The accident turned him and his assistants, Boris and Ivan, into werewolves. It also affected Joker's sanity. No one wanted to have anything to do with him after the accident. Now, Joker is obsessed with his research, but always willing to take in the similarly afflicted, whether it be with lycanthropy, lab accidents, or failed experiments.

Ivan and Boris found themselves in a similar predicament, however, they kept most of their sanity. Because Dr. Joker was willingly to take them in, they are completely loyal to him. Many of the others that Dr. Joker has collected over the years feel the same way.
