Pawradox, very two faced pokemon in a very literal sense.

at random it will change from its two forms, when released from its pokeball it has the chance from being a spunk normal type cat pokemon to appearing as a ghost type spectral cat.

both forms are easily attached to their trainer and will become a animal that needs lost of care.
