Just like Dumbo for having big ears, Tanya was made fun of for being a Skunk and Raccoon Hybrid. She had major trust issues and refused to trust anyone, until Dumbo came along.

Before she met Dumbo, she used to live in the forest with her Skunk mom and Raccoon dad. Until one day, two hunters tried to kill her. When they tried to shoot her, Tanya's parents got in front of her, dying fatally from the gunshots. Tanya's eyes shrink in horror seeing her parents die in front of her for protecting her from the hunters. She then runs as fast as she can, managing to outrun the hunters, but is now kept with a huge grudge.

Days past, Tanya had hard time sleeping due to the nightmares, and she knew she wasn't safe in the forest, cause she had a feeling the hunters would return to kill her. So, she ran again, until she no longer found herself in the forest. As she ran out of the forest, she finds herself in a big field and sees a circus in front of her. She then curiously goes to the circus, and sees the pictures of a flying elephant with big ears, which caught her attention. She sees the name of the elephant on every picture...Dumbo. Her ears then perk up hearing a baby Elephant trumpeting from the sky. As she looks up...it was Dumbo. Tanya was in awe seeing the little elephant flying, causing Dumbo to notice her. Tanya was a little nervous when he noticed her, but tried to stay calm. Dumbo lands down in front of her as he let out a friendly trumpeting noise as he came towards her slowly and gently pets her. Causing Tanya too purr. Dumbo hears his mom calling him and waves bye to Tanya as he heads to his mom. Tanya watches him go to his mom, making her sad thinking about her parents...

As night falls, the circus was starting, Tanya sees Dumbo fly in the circus, and she curiously goes in as well. She was in awe seeing Dumbo doing the tricks and stunts. Until everyone sees Tanya...they start laughing at her and call her a freak. Which causes a bad trigger to Tanya, making the past come back to her...and her eyes turn blood red..she then violently attacks the people who were making fun of her, causing the people to scream and run out the circus. Tanya continued attacking them, but was later caught and put in one of the cages.

Tanya laid in one of the cages, filled with sorrow, and gaining even more MAJOR trust issues on humans. She hears something coming towards and starts growling thinking it's a person, but she hears a trumpeting noise, making her turn around who it was....it was Dumbo. Tanya calms down a little, knowing it was Dumbo, and then notices a mouse on Dumbo's hat, which was Timothy Mouse. Timothy tells Tanya he and Dumbo are rescuing her, and Dumbo unlocks the lock with the key he managed to stole from one of the people that locked her up in the cage, and Tanya runs out of the cage quickly. Dumbo then leads Tanya to one of the tents he's staying in with his mom, while hiding her with one of his big ears, so no one can see her. Dumbo introduces Tanya to his mom, Mrs. Jumbo, making Tanya nervous on how she'll react. Until she noticed how kind and nice Mrs. Jumbo was and felt bad on what happened to the young Skunkcoon. Mrs. Jumbo then tells the Skunkcoon she promises she'll never let anything bad happen to her when she's around...making Tanya feel more safe with not only Mrs. Jumbo around...but, also Dumbo.

Tanya knows...that Dumbo is the only one that she can trust.
