This is my biggest pet peeve in TF2 right now. If I run halfway across the map to find you in order to heal you, the least you can do is make yourself healable. I understand why a Soldier at low health would want to have the Equalizer in hand in order to get a quick kill in case something comes by his way while he's vulnerable and will switch weapons promptly upon spotting a Medic, but I'm not talking about those guys. I'm talking about the ones who will look you in the eye and spam for Medics with that pickaxe in hand. :C
Also, Soldiers who switch to the Equalizer mid-über kind of annoy me. I can sorta understand if you're out of ammo, but it would probably be a better idea in most cases to run back and find ammo and let me switch my über onto a different target, instead of suicide run into a bunch of enemies and be useless. Hopefully this kind of stuff is only happening because the update is still pretty fresh.

I haven't gotten an Equalizer yet, so I can't tell if it lets you know that you can't be healed in the tooltip or not, but I hope it does and I would hope people would read it before they use it. Although to be fair, I don't think there was any mention of blocking healing when the weapon was revealed in the war updates, and I didn't even realize that the Equalizer did that until I aimed my Medigun at a Soldier with one for the first time.
and to top it off you know the person bitching for it is typically at full health already most of the time as for soldier ubering, i wouldn't bother unless it's a last resort, they can get off 4 good hits, but then your left with the other 10 seconds with them being useless
of course the one thing i can think of that tops that are the dumb demos who switch to the sword when they get ubered..hello? your the most overpowered class in the game, use your stupid grenades to get rid of the sentries, don't melee them!

You should probably just tell them, they probably don't know. I've tried healing soldiers a couple of itmes before I realized I couldn't with that item, even though it told me while I was trying to heal them.
Scouts tend to bug me for heals while I'm healing more important classes. Also, WHEN ARE THEY GONNA DO A MEET THE MEDIC?!? I understand the other characters so much more now that I've seen their persona. o3o

I thought Meet the Medic was going to come out with the Soldier and Demoman update, but I guess not. They still have to do a Meet the Pyro, but I think they're going to save that for later, since it'll probably finally reveal Pyro's questionable gender. I think I remember reading they were planning on doing 10 Meet the Team videos or something, so I dunno what the last one would be.
Haha, well I usually am playing Medic so I don't have to deal with those kinds of situations very often, and I'm pretty bad, so I don't mind Medics not considering me a priority. It is annoying when you play with another Medic who just latches onto one person and won't stop to heal you even when you heal them to preserve their charge, though. I don't really latch onto anybody unless I have a full charge up with intent to use it. I don't want my über target to run out into the open and get instagibbed because someone asked for heals right before we charged in.
