For the timely occasion of "Godzilla: King of the Monsters" being released in theaters, I decide to purchase a kaiju version of Percival from Fernanda Adami on Facebook! I had commissioned a kaiju Percival before, but this is an updated version with whiskers. All credit goes to her for this gorgeous and epic piece!

Aw, I'm a little jealous you got to see it twice. If I were a rich derg I would totally do that too. Same here! I'm even super pregnant right now and was so determined not to leave my seat for a measly bathroom break, worth the discomfort. XDD
My husband's a huge old school Godzilla fan too and pointed out some fun easter eggs for old fans that I missed (he's shown me some old movies but far from all of them), like the Mothra fairies in a photo. I hope the next movie they make is just as good, if not better. ^^

Godzilla vs Kong is the next film in the Monsterverse. I have seen all the second series movies except for Godzilla 1984/1985 and Godzilla vs Biollante, all the third series movies, and the 2014 movie. Plus three old movies from the first series which were the original Godzilla, Godzilla vs Hedorah, and Godzilla vs Gigan. I need to find the old movies and catch up.
I don't know why they keep trying to match Gozilla against Kong, there's no contest there, it's an even worse match up than Superman vs Batman. We all know Gozilla's gonna trounce him.
I don't know if they still do but Amazon Prime had a ton of the Gozilla films on there to watch for free with Prime. I've got to get on seeing more of the old ones. I don't remember the names of all the ones I've seen, just Godzilla ve Mecha Godzilla, and Final Wars. Shin Godzilla, while not an old one, was pretty freakin' badass though. I hope we get more of those movies too.

Oh, that's a good hypothesis. I can see that. I think that's probably one of the only ways they could get away with doing it and not having to end one of them too. (I assume they plan on doing more with Kong, and I think it's almost certain more Godzilla's are coming too, so they can't kill either of them yet.)
I know my husband is really hoping we get to see Destroyah in a future movie. He was grinning and giggling like a 5 year old when that special bomb went off in the film. X3
