So far Pilfer's adventures to pick up stock for a merchant and not eat it has gone... unusual. First stop on the way resulted in a small town being overrun with ethereal otherworldly spider creatures. That was... strange to say the least, and journeying into the abandoned bar's basement only resulted in more strangeness as the giant mother spider fried Pilfer's brain with otherworldly light.

Luckily Pilfer already wasn't the brightest and was more than a little eccentric. So there was no noticeable change there.

Other than the magic. But she just sorta presumed she could always do that.
Since leaving the town, things have continued to go South. Other than the cart. The cart's headed North.
On the way to the next location, they came across various individuals who'd been the victim of ravaging wolves. Wolves working at the behest of like... an even bigger wolf. And a kid with a whistle.
...
This situation is ongoing.
...
So far though, the kid hasn't fried her mind. So that's a plus!
