Okay, I'm not sure how to feel about this. It insinuates that none of these men can have sex with a woman unless she's unconscious, dead or she is paid to do so… This means that the only decent person on this list was one who had to pay to get it on (though arguably the men who had sex with "not an actual woman" can mean a lot of things), but that Fredy's entire point in asking these questions is now mute.
Or more specificaly his previous statement of, "I find it difficult to believe that your sex lives are entirely dependant upon my giving pass to Madam Jade's". Sadly, that very much seems to be the case.
Which in retrospect, should have made them more behaved not even less.

It's been established in the comic that spotted hyena women hate the idea of being pregnant - so actually having sex with a guyena? He'll have to drink her unconcious first, or worst.
...and they're hyena brigade troopers, so the 'dead' part - ya.... hyena brigade isn't nice. They've never been portrayed as nice. They're state mercenaries, rented out to fight other people's wars.

Yeah, this was what I'm going for. Hyenas aren't nice. They're amoral. It's creepy, but the jist of Fred's questioning is to show that most of these smirking, sniggering soldiers have never had sex with a legitimate partner. He's doing this to take the wind out of their puffed-up sails.

Ah, now I get it. Basically he's saying that the rumor about him is better than anything that they've acheived. (Or in other words when it involves Madam Jade, Freddy's "worse" is still better than any ONE of their "best". Thus still has the moral high ground. Thus their snickering was them thinking that he had been knocked down to their level. This is probably the best that I can wrap my head around their line of thinking.)
And for the record, I don't know any schoolboys who did "locker room banter". Then again, I wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. Even so, I called them out for… other things. I'm A Dork! Okay? There I admit it. Happy?

See, I've got um… "gymnophobia". I really do hope that I'm getting better as time goes on, but yeah. I had to duck out of any "anatomy lesson" that was offered to me. Including walking in the lockerroom with my eyes closed and changing in the showers with the curtain drawn.
And yes, this means that if I was in that brigade my arm wouldn't have gone up to begin with. Not ashamed to admit it.

This is one of those times when I walk a fine line with the Crocutans--although I play them for laughs, and Fred and Kathy are portrayed as "decent people," these are not nice creatures. The Brigade might think of itself as noble warriors with a long and proud tradition, but most other animals fear and loathe them as murderous barbarians who don't take prisoners, eat the slain, and sell their swords to the highest bidder without concern for who has the moral high ground in a conflict. And that's the women.
It's not easy to make people like that look good.

Freddy's the only guyena who could afford that. =P And considering what part of the world they're in, I doubt there are any available to Krueger's outfit.
Maybe if some of the boys had been overseas in Japan somewhere... but they probably got kicked out from breaking the bot. =P They may be the "weaker sex" in their society, but they're still hyenas!
