"I'm not sure you should be offering me, a demon, a demon with a twisted personality, colorful candy." I say with a dumb laugh. "Especially a demon, such as myself, with a weakness for sweets. Ah, well, maybe you'll be lucky today. My weakness is cake. Or milkshakes. This lollipop is amusing I guess, not as entertaining...I doubt it even can tell a decent joke!" Even if it's not cake or a shake I still give the candy a few charming licks. Might as well, I'm not going to turn down a little offering to me.

"Does it not taste good?" The other, with strangely rich eyes watching, asks of me.

I shrug. "Eh. For a less then silly piece of candy it's okay. I'm not going to eat it if that's what you want me to do. I eat only the best of the sweets!! And this lollipop only dreams of being the tallest cake! Or the creamiest milkshake! Or...or whatever. I'm growing bored! If you have nothing left to offer to me then get out of my realm before you become my puppet!"

"I'm sorry it doesn't please you. I guess that's what I get for believing it would satisfy a picky demon." They lower the candy away. "To me it taste wonderful."

"That just proves how bad you are at judging the sweet soul of candy." I stick my tongue out and snicker.

I watch them toss the treat to the side. "Since that didn't please you..." they say with a sudden smirk, "I have another lollipop you can suck. I think you'll find it more satisfying. It will please you."

"Brave words. You already disappointed me once today." I look him up and down taking note there wasn't another lollipop anywhere on him. Not the sweet kind anyways. I'm not stupid. His little smirk and sly eyes says it all. I laugh, darkly, my own smirk snaking across my face. "Boy. You have a lot to learn. Do you really think it'd be that easy? You picked the wrong demon to play out this fantasy with."

And yet his expression never changed. He actually did this kind of half bow, still smiling while looking up at me, saying with all the confidence in the realm, "I understand the risks."
