Another effort at "consolidating redundant concepts" in an effort to make something workable.
This is a still-unnamed character based on the legend of Spring-Heeled Jack, only with a twist I threw in: the source of the various Spring-Heels' power (and insanity) come from the legendary Seven-League Boots, which, in my iteration, not only confer the stated ability of "traveling seven leagues in a single step" (I love leaping characters, LOL), but also enhance the wearer's physical and mental attributes sevenfold as well. Unfortunately, the boots also increase the wearer's emotional compulsions sevenfold, too (my explanation for why the various Spring-Heels were all nutty as Payday bars), and since you already have to be pretty obsessive to put on a costume and jump over rooftops...
I'm still working on a color scheme; the cape might seem familiar to long-timers here since it's the one I used for my BTAS fancharacter, Dingbat, way back when.

I like her... does she spit fireballs? If you're familiar with the lore, you'd know that springheels are often described as having glowing eyes and what appears to be flames coming out of their mouths... the D&D version actually spits globules of flame from its mouth as a ranged touch attack.
But all in all, a good concept! I wanna see more of your "Springheel Avenger."
