Meet Troy! He is the owner of Troy's Gym, a gym in the same district of Tyrua as Bunderwear (Seen here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/15839745/ )

Troy is a 20-something liger who was able to buy an old warehouse and converted it into a gym. After a few years of doing really well, he was able to get a much nicer building near the core of the district with good lockers and showers, and a lot more equipment.

In the old building they only had the one big room and a small locker-room, but the new building has two large weight rooms and a much fancier locker-room with the offices up above the lockers, rather than Troy's old ratty desk in one corner.

The front weight room is regular clothing, since it has big outdoor windows. The back room is "any amount of clothing, but at least a jock", and is very popular amount the clientele.
