They're open and I'll make every now and again adopts. This one's for grabs for $20-$35 and is supposed to be a female. Females have breasts placed slightly lower on their chests compared to humans. Gender can be changed, however and so the rest of her appearance. You can also change them into another species or just generic horse or w/e. Have all the freedom you need.
