The day was fantastic, the sun shone high in the sky and there was not a single gray cloud.
Summer was closer than ever, the mountain was now an expanse of green, the snow had melted over the months and now the whole landscape was immersed in natural greenery.
Grizard had recently considered the idea of ​​moving from his home on the mountain slopes and buying a house that was always in the woods, but much closer to the village below.
He had invited Kod to spend a day in the mountains together, where the air was cool and it was a perfect opportunity for a picnic.
Kod walked along a path that led up the slopes from the main road, he went into the woods until he found Grizard's house, not too hidden and quite visible.
"Hi Kod! How are you?" the dragon asked.
"All right, summer is coming, thank you very much for inviting me for this day together, next month I will definitely go to the beach on vacation and I wouldn't have had time to come here" Kod said with a smile.
They shook hands amicably, they met a few times, because of the great distance that separated them, but every time they met, they organized their days well.
They began to take a walk together in the woods and climbed to the top of the mountain, the summit was not far away, the sun filtered through the trees and when they arrived almost at the top, a great spectacle appeared before their eyes.
Once reached the summit, the landscape around them was immense and wonderful, the mountain was particularly beautiful both in winter and in summer.
"My family has descended from this mountain for many generations, around them there is a famous legend concerning these places and I am part of them" Grizard began to explain.
"Really very interesting, so you come from a great and legendary dynasty of mountain dragons?" Kod asked.
"Yes, all my family was born here, in this mountain and in the surrounding places, we are very attached to this place and to the vegetation and woods that surround it, I took almost everything from my father, he was a very beautiful red dragon and charismatic, with great strength and influence, I have his eyes red like fire and I have a green body like the forest that surrounds this mountain "Grizard replied with a moved tone, it was really nice to share these good memories with a precious friend like Kod.
The lion and the dragon could be seen a few times but they still had a great friendship with the passage of time, for them it was always a pleasure to meet.
After climbing to the summit, Kod and Grizard went back into the woods and headed downstream, arriving an hour later in the village.
They stopped at the inn to eat and drink together, after which they took Grizard's car and went for a ride in the surrounding places, took a bath at the nearby spas and also went to take a dip in the river of the surrounding woods.
Time passed very quickly, they returned to the woods on the mountain to go to Grizard's house and say goodbye.
"Thank you so much for this wonderful day, you were fantastic!" Kod said.
"Thanks to you too, but it's already late evening, how about sleeping with me tonight? We can also go to dinner in the village, I know a great restaurant and then you can leave tomorrow morning" Grizard said.
This was a wonderful idea, Kod happily agreed and they prepared to spend a wonderful evening.

"You too Kod, I love you too".
After dinner, they went to Grizard's house and slept together, having a good night and making that day even more wonderful than the previous ones.

Matty: ok so how far is it Grizard?
Grizard Moves a branch: it shouldn’t be that much longer.
Matty sighed: so remind me why we are out here?
Grizard: cause there is this awesome waterfall!
Matty: and it’s how far?
Grizard: listen mister whiny lion we are almost there!
Matty’s ears perk up: I think I can hear the water!
Grizard: yep that’s it all right!
Matty: ok I’m convinced so how big is it?
Grizard: it’s pretty big you just need to wa-
Matty face faults into the ground: gah a pothole!
Grizard Tries to hold back his laughter: you know that was well worth your complaining!!!
Matty scowls then tackles Grizard into be water.

Grizard and his boyfriend Kod is decided to spend their vacation in a little woodhouse far away from the noisy city and the annoying people's. Lucky Grizard's father was a forest ranger so they could rent a really nice little woodhouse with a minimal price. The boy's appeared there in Saturday morning and they planned to spend the entire week in there.

Kod: "Wow this is a really nice woodhouse!"
Grizard: "Right! Not as big what my old man use when he is working but it's perfect for us! We have a nice bedroom, bathroom, a kitchen , Wifi connection if we need and everything else!"
Kod: "But the best is this house is all our's now for 1 week!"
Grizard: "Let's pack out and then explore the forest! What you think?"
Kod: "Ok for me!"

The boy's bringed in their package's and packed out their clothes and everything else what they bringed with them. After that they changed their clothes, packed in some fresh and cold water and they was ready to explore the forest. Where they was an appointed hiking trail what the tourist's can use. The boy's followed the tourist sign's on the tree's and they went in the forest more and more. The sound of the forest enchanted Kod but as for Grizard it was familiar sounds cause he spend a lot of time with his father in the wood.

Grizard: ......soif we follow this path then we almost there to the rest area, there we can eat!"

Kod is want to say something but when he suddenly looked down he sawed something. An emerald colored and really long snake was near of his leg. The snake didn't bother him, coiled and stretched his tongue in the air but the view triggered a rather weird effect from the lionboy.

Kod: "YIKES!" - yelled
Grizard: "Kod what's wrong?"
Kod: "A snake......"

Grizard runned there to watch the snake what is scared his boyfriend but when he sawed it he just started laughing. His father teached him what snake's are poisonous and what's are inncocent one's.

Grizard: "HAHAHAHAHAHAAAA......dont worry babe this is just a grass snake, it's harmless! They usual eat fishes and frogs! Come here little guy, dont be afraid! Hello little one, my name is Grizard and he is my boyfriend Kod!"

Kod doesn rbelived his own eyes. Grizard just catched and lifted up the snake. The sunlight glittered on his shiny, emerald colored scale's and his body wrapped around on the dragon's arm.

Kod: "How could you do that?"
Grizard: "As i said the're are harmless, i catched a lot of this beauty's when i was a kid! This is a beautiful, mature snake! Dont you want to pet him?"
Kod: "OHHHHH....no thanks ......"

But Grizard pet the snake's shiniy, emerald head before taked him down back to the grass and the snake quickly disappeared in the grass.

Grizard: "The big lion, the king of the animal's is scared a harmless grass snake! Really?"
Kod: "Sorry, i'm not a snake expert like you!"
Grizard: "Come on city boy, we almost there!"
Kod: "I hope we didnt met an other snake again...."
Grizard: "Kod we're in the forest now, this is the territory of the wild animal's and yeah there is some poisonous snake's but they only bite if they was in danger so until they can escape they wouldnt hurt us!"

The boy's continued their hike and soon they found the rest area. There they eated their food and spend their time together. They knowed this week would be great.

Grizard: "So? We can go back?"
Kod: "Eeyupp and tonight we can make a bonefire! I bringed some marshmallow too and my guitar too!"
Grizard: "This sounds like an awsome plan! Move up your ass and let's go!"

The boy's went back to the woodhouse but what they didnt knowed near of the rest area someone is watched them. An emerald colored snake.

"Thank you Grizard!" - thinked the snake.

Grizard: I know... Fresh air... Clean water... Green view... So good... It feel so good to be at nature again hehe...

Kod: and we're arrived~*wink as they finally reach the top of the mountain as the wind blew a lot on them* aaahhh... So fresh but cold...

Grizard: * he surprise as he saw the beauty of the view on top as he look at the city* woah.... So beautiful...

Kod: is it right~?...

Grizard:kod... Thank you... And... I love you... //////

After that, their relationship grew deeper as a new memory was planted in their life~

*Matty and Grizzard are chatting in the forest when they stop after walking ten miles for two hours which Matty sees Grizzard lifting up a massive bark of a chopped down tree with one hand, Matty is stunned with complete joy*
Matty: How brilliant. When were you first able to lift that.
Grizzard: Come on, I have been working out immensely at least twice a week. You thought they were just for show, didn't you?
Matty: I never even thought it, I just thought you liked being in good shape.
Grizzard: Well I lift up 300 pounds worth of weight everyday within the Dumbbells, Weight bars, the machines and so much more, I had been practicing with four hundred for three months though.
Matty: I am totally stunned as usual. Well done.
Grizzard: Just thought there was a waterfall behind it. Want to cool off? *Grizzard grabs the bark with two hands an puts it down the other side of the path* Come on.
Matty: Are we even allowed to do this?
Grizzard: It's just us two. I usually come here and want to do something with you.
Matty: Alright, I trust you. I have the towels in my sack when we dry off.
Grizzard: Excellent. Come on then.
