DO NOT FAVE-FARM!!!!
The characters, film, and other related information are copypright of me. This is a three-month-old pic that I already posted to dA, I just... never knew whether or not to post it properly or not. Well, here. I will say that you shouldn't steal it or ask me to draw them tied up or something, but nobody fucking reads this shit anyways.
NOTE: I do not actually approve of smoking. I merely gave them the habit for artistic and story-related reasons.
This is some of the concept art/colour tests for the three characters of my independent animated movie, "Shale T. Whyte's Silent Movie". These three young twist artists are hoping to clear their heads in the early summer and draw on inspiration for their work, and so they moved out to the rural countryside of future Scotland to get away from the distracting hustle and bustle of city life. They take up residence in the Third House on Sgail Street, long since abandoned and the last standing ever since the First and Second houses along the road were lost to the sands of time. Our heroes are headed towards a secret disaster, absolute madness, along the dusty forest road beside the abandoned rails.
Wilma is a 20-year-old fox and is Rourke's girlfriend. Wilma is a very positive and upbeat, a lover of life and all its pleasures to the point becoming rather flighty. As such, despite her love for Rourke, she is unable to control herself and begins a secondary purely sexual relationship with Martin in secret, or so she thinks. She is rather whimsical, fond of being in nature and loves the sensation of the wind in her hair and the raindrops in her hand. She plans to take photos of the derelict First and Second houses, particularly of things such as dead bugs, rodents, burnt detritus, and whatever else catches her fancy or crosses her mind. Unlike both of her lovers, she prefers to smoke with a holder.
Rourke is a 21-year-old lion and serves as the 'main protagonist', or the closest thing to it. Rourke is deeply concerned with his knowledge of Wilma's affair with Martin despite the two seemingly being closely in love; however, he is more upset that she would keep it secret from him than the fact that she actually slept with him. Rourke feels no ill will towards Wilma but does seem to feel a touch of resentment towards Martin for not saying anything. He was the one who invited the other two to join him in the Third House on Sgail Street, believing the Scottish ruins would not only be highly inspirational but that it would force them to confront each other uninterrupted. Rourke tries not to smoke as much as his lover and cousin, but he has shown his tendency to fall into doing so more often under great stress.
Martin is a 20-year-old lion and is Rourke's cousin. Martin is mainly a painter and seems to be fond of surrealist art. Martin is incredibly lackadaisical, and is quite easygoing; however, he does seem prone to fixation on his art and works hard to hide his inner darkness. Although all three smoke quite a bit, Martin seems to do so most often and heavily; most likely this is due to the psychotropic effects of the special brand of herbal cigarettes that they buy.
