Going to miss you Jack
On the 18th of December I had to take Jack to the vets to be finally put down.
In the end it turned out he had an abdominal tumor.
I always loved how he wiped his nose after he sneezed (his proverbial sleeve as my mate just commented).
It was painful to see him have to go, I couldn't be in the room with him while he was put down but I'm glad he's no longer suffering.
I was lucky enough to have my mate with me at the time and I still do, but I still miss seeing him in the old cement bath peering out over the edge at me with his cheerful little face that I could never say no too when he asked for food.
Jack will be missed sorely.
This is just after a bath and I put him in the sunshine to keep warm as he's got a black side so he soaks up the sunshine.

Thanks.
We didn't really have time to try much, it got really bad really fast, we only found out it was a tumor after we had him put down, he wasn't a well piggy but still had a ravenous appetite until the last day and then he couldn't move or be touched with out being in pain. It being a tumor kinda makes me feel a bit better as I know I did the right thing and that he couldn't of got better he'd only have got worse really. still, going to miss him lots and I wish it didn't have to be painful in the end for him.
