In the video game Bill is fused with a pokemon by accident, probably by a teleportation machine. And all the pokemon I draw are female so that

Haha, it always bothered me that when Bill and his Pokémon accidentally fuse in that teleporter accident, they just look like a 100%-Pokémon, instead of being 50%-human 50%-Pokémon. So, thank you for fixing that!!

In pokemon Fire Red (or Leaf Green) Bill transforms into a Clefairy. As in this world the pokemon are all voluptuous and such ended in that way. Red tried to capture him, but the rival stopped him and saved Bill
