I'm half expecting Peki to go with her and join forces, and then it turns out that Cookie and Adel knew they were being recorded the whole time and convinced Peki to join this new stable so they'd have someone on the inside.

I think there might be more to Peki's and Adel's relationship than just tag team partners. and if that is the case I don't see her switching sides.

We'll see. It might explain the saddness in that penguin's face, particularly as of two pages earlier. She might be torn between no longer being second billing as a wild or to continue on with Team Executor and Abel.

Sadness that she got sinc ethe meeting at the strip bar, if you pay attention. Peki was thinking seriously about is since that. On one hand her team was not that bad on the other hand, the whole shtick that was put on her could put a bitter taste in someone mouth if Wild means what i think it means(read minority that get profiled as violent and prone to crime regardless and never allowed to shine). The collar she wear could be something that upset her a lot. Even if is just a costume. Imagine you are black guy and the only job you find is playing a slave in a recital.

When you think about, it, yeah. At the stripper club meeting, Peki was indeed acting odd in contrast to the other characters. While everyone else present had did and/or said stuff pertaining to the Team Deliverance/Team Executor match, she was being silent as she usually did, just sat still and idle in her spot. She was sad, depressed and nervous, keeping to herself while she would glanced at everyone else once of a while. This appears to indicate that at Peki did meet Shun and perhaps Nyarai behind the the backs or Muko, Cookie, Adel and Dinedon to meet over the plan to ruin the other characters at the ring. As you say, and as I have started to suspect, she was thinking of how torn she is between how leaving for Shun and Nayrai could be better vs. how her actions could hurt Adel and Dinedon.

As for this "wild" thing, I'd lie to see a bit more into it, still.

Shun did seem to suggest that Peki was a wild like Nyarai did back when they called on them to stop their fight.

Adel is a dog actually... a German Shepard, which is a domestic animal. Not a bear. Cookie is not a fennic but a squirrel. Though that does raise some questions of how in the universe squirrels are not "wilds" and Muko as a bunny isn't a wild either.

Yeah but..well apart few Muko proved to be.....not exceptional popular amongst readers. If we make a poll right now Cookie would be much more loved, muko would be way below. As in below Mellow in term of likeability. She need some improvements as character, but so far the story is going well, and while as main protagonist she suck,mshe is perfect as comic relief/side kick, hoping she don't fall in jar jar binks territory(she was very close)

I agree. The way things are going, Muko's grating personality and lack of character development make her seem more like nominal protagonist while Cookie is the actual hero of the story.

She's a villainess now and she's ruining your match, your career and your dreams, and your manager's career and dreams along with Shun. How are you the heroine of this story again? Sad, isn't it. I remember when she was being fondled and got to defend herself in a badass way. I was happy. She is hot and pretty. I was happy. She joined Muko for their first wrestling match on Team Deliverance. I was happy. But then she slowly revealed herself to be a villianess and boom! Now she double-crossed and backstabed her good teammates hard and is trying to seduce a cute penguin lady into joining her to the dark side. I am disappointed

Remember when I said Dai was good at procrastinate when Adel toke five pages from opening her mouth to finally express a concept? Well, here we are again... It's from the start of the chapter we keep wondering: was Peki a spy too as Nyarai or not? The answer? Eventually... A long, long time ago in a galaxy far away, but in the future and definitly with humans couse nobody would 'relate' or consider heroes green goo guys on the screen...

i hope Adelgun becomes Muko's new partner! XD

I'm half expecting someone in the audience to speak out (either 2 Nuko fans or that rich bastard who knows the shop owner and Nyarai) about how it's illegal to record someone's voice unless it's to expose an actual crime since rigging matches, while extremely nasty, is NOT illegal

Also that guy is a creepy stalker who's obsessed with shutting Cookie down (I've dealt with one in the past who still chirps every once in awhile) so I can relate to this comic more XD

Well, Nyarai is giving the "join me or die" speech to Peki with a hint of "not so different" since they're both Wilds. Feeling curious about what decision Peki will take and why she will take it. Also Muko is once again letting her lust getting the best of her. While it can be understood that she's into wrestling for the hot girls, it's kind of a bad thing when she and her manager are getting their reputations tarnished.

Yeah, I couldn't blame Muko for finding the Cyclone Crushers and Myarai attractive, with their cleavage-showing boobs, hot looks and skimpy outfits. But it's bad that she's not fully on board that Nyarai is betraying her and that both the cheetah and Shun are destroying the rabbit's reputation and dream ruined by this melodrama, along with Cookie's own image and dreams.

All this Drama and Muko is fangirling. Interesting developments.

For what it's worth, I'm still loving this story.

So that is the strategy. Nyarai played double-agent in order to make her debut as one who abandoned a false manager for the "Just" one.
Seems like a clever if not Brutal way to make a debut with a bang.

What i find most intriguing though is Shun utilizing the moment in an attempt to also recruit Peki.
Makes me wonder how many he has recruited via this kind of strategy. Using deceit to discredit rivals.
