I think most reptiles don’t like being manhandled. They have to really, really trust you or be exposed to human touch a LOT.

That said, there may be a zoo nearby that does special reptile enclosure days that lets the public touch cute lizards and things.

The local zoo might schedule some days where they bring reptiles you can touch, but I think for now I'll just have to deal with the lack of reptiles in my life ;-; lol
