When you wake up, sometimes it's particularly hard to motivate yourself to get up and get moving, but there's something about that first real, good stretch that seems to make it just a little bit easier. Also, maybe getting up the first time your alarm rings could help, but that snooze button is just too tempting a target half the time x.=.x
