I've been dealing with my pain just step by step. Trying.
Been thinking a lot, my nightmares are coming true...
I dream I can't walk, with total loss of strength in my legs. The pain comes from my left ankle and right knee, but I wake up breathless and scared.
One night I couldn't even walk to the bathroom when I woke up...I couldn't put pressure on either leg without intense pain.
Its been rough mentally, emotionally...and i'm trying to keep physically active when I should be resting, and the pain is horrific when I try to stretch and keep on going. I'm just scared i'll fuck up and lose physical movement in my legs.
I've done everything.
Rest, Ice, Bathing, light exercise...and its just...the amount of pain is debilitating and frustrating. ;_;
I'm taking painkillers like candy and its running me down so bad. No energy.
Just thoughts, many thoughts...worries...best to get them out. Right?
