Timeless Cast (135): Ursula Smokes
UPDATE (9/9/2020): Ursula's got her colors scheme in this update. Yes, it is meant to look familiar on purpose.
I think this character is really pushing the general rating, but seeing as she'll be a very minor character I think I can just barely get away with showing her under this tag.
With that being said, meet Ursula Smokes, a park ranger who works in Dot City. She's not very responsible at her job though- despite being tasked to take care of the park, she doesn't really seem to care about doing her job, often taking smoke breaks and being generally abrasive. Makes you wonder what's keeping her around.
Yeah, she's just a reference for Smokey the Bear, but female... and not good at her job. It's a big reason why she's going to have very limited appearances. I think you guys can see why.
