The serial killer known as Robert Simcox was arrested on Thursday for attempted arson, murder and indecent exposure at the downtown flea market. This picture above is the suit he was wearing at the time of his apprehension. Officers say that he had resisted arrest by affixing himself with some kind of pungent lubricant. Upon searching his vehicle the officers found 12 open packages of instant ramen laced with narcotics and a 10 gallon drum of expired mayonnaise that had been reported stolen by the nearby Dennys.
