I'd been toying around with the idea of making a flygon character for a while.
I was actually going to scrap the idea, but I was convinced to try again, but I still don't have a name thought out or what she'd look like when not dressed up as a videogame character for Halloween.
She's dressed up as Ashe when megamerged from ZX Advent.

It was pointed out that I may have drawn the curved lines making the sides of the hips too low, I'll be seeing how well I can correct that next time I draw her.
