Last time I comissioned DB, it was nsfw and sincerely never thought I would commission non-sexual DB art. But recently I have played Dragon Ball Heroes : World Mission, and if I was playing to use my other AU characters like Beerus, Liquiir, Imperfect Cell, Janemba & Buu, I did ended up to add Dyspo after had customizing him a bit as a God of Destruction Beerus' rip off. https://i53.servimg.com/u/f53/11/24.....9/20190510.jpg

So effective that I ended up attracted to this idea of a Hakaishin Dyspo and immediately started to put it in my AU lore. Even did a ref for it : https://i53.servimg.com/u/f53/11/24.....9/89/col10.png .
Which resulted to this picture I comissioned to  glacierk Who did an amazing job with the sfx even if it ended up double the price xp. But still thanks you for this ^^. I like it.

Now about the outfit : I have decided to not use Vermond's pants who, I think, was custom made for his clown style. Instead I went with black trousers, mostly as a reference to the Pride Trouper uniform but also because it was an underused color. The belt's color was originally red but i ended up using Marcarita's tunic color instead.

The boots are, too, inspired from Dyspo's white boots, mixed with the style of Vermound's shoes whom I find the babouche-like style nice. Finally I added some jewel, notably the earnings, for aesthetic choice.

This said, time for some context :
If Dyspo wasn't that shocked to heard that Jiren then Toppo were chosen to be the next God of Destruction of Universe 11, he did felt something was wrong with that. This thought wasn't missed by the Marcarita who wasn't that hyped by Toppo as the successor of Vermoud who was retiring.

Everything changed when the Angel sarcastically voiced her opinion to the Rabbit who was surprised at him to by a potential successor of Vermoud... thought he took it has a bad tasted at first, especially when Vermoud dismissed it., the did idea started to make its way in his mind. After-all, he sure lack strength, but he's the fastest of this universe, so the Angel's comment did hit his pride. Resulting to a growing desire to exceed his condition. Although he putted his pride aside because their universe was at stake.

everything remained the same until they arrived at the tournament, and until Marcarita had a few words with Dyspo, at his surprise. No one know what this chat was about, but what was sure is that it was at this very moment that the idea to be the next God of Destruction kicked off.
Pride aside, the main reason of Dyspo was that Pride Troopers needs Toppo and Jiren, and anyway Toppo wasn't that cool with becoming the next God of Destruction.

Those reasons motived Dyspo even more and if the Tournament mostly progressed the same way than in the main timeline, everything was changed by Jiren and Goku's draw, when both mutually ringed out. With everyone else being eliminated... the victory goes to Dyspo as the last standing, mainly thanks to his speed. No one saw it coming, especially Vermoud and Dyspo who realized it only when the Grand Priest requested him to pick a wish.

Honestly, now he had reached its goal, the Rabbit hesitated about taking the plunge, but with the many powerful behind he has seen during this tournament he realized what potential he can reach, especial that Ultra Instinct, and formulated his wish : At everyone -minus Marcarita. bewilderment.
If Toppo was the most shocked and had mixed-feeling about it (feeling disappointed but relieved, a bit) among the mortal, among the gods Vermoud was quite mad this turn of event, realizing that his Angel manipulated both him. this said, as he was about to retire anyway, he ended up brushing it aside.

Dyspo sure he has been manipulated by the Angel, but at the end he felt it was the right choice as he contemplated his new godly attire. Fortunately this turn of event pleased so much to the Zeno'os that all universe were restored.
Now the thing is... as Dyspo wished to be a god of destruction, he forgot to ask to become the strongest (tho he did wished to be immortal), making him powerful enough for the job yet still among the weakest Gods of destructions. originally. Tho still the fastest. He spent all his time training with a hyped Marcarita. Under her teaching, and thanks to his immortality and motivation, he improved in no time and even was close to reach the Ultra Instinct, or a form of thanks to his speed that makes him almost untouchable. Calling it "Zettai Shinsoku" (絶対・神速), his biggets pride, with his master to Vermond's special attack "God of Destruction's Ingenuity" (https://youtu.be/AO8y3x4dgu0?t=19).

If he has lost most of his (mortal) friends after his banishment from the Pride Troopers, Dyspo was welcomed by most of the other Gods of Destructions, and mostly Beerus and Liquiir with who he developed a bond and has a good alchemy and feeling.
