Excellent! It really helps to accurately portray things like this when you know from personal experience what the "victim" is feeling.
I've always found the worst part of being upside-down wasn't as much the blood pounding in my skull as the ankle restraints getting uncomfortable too quickly. Ankles aren't "designed" to hold your whole body weight from that direction... but a set of good, high-quality suspension cuffs makes a huge difference.
And, of course, bare soles sticking straight up like that... *squirms in chair*
