It's been a while since I updated this account, way too long ofcourse! Time to change that around:
For anyone who is familiar with the Temeraire books by Naomi Novik, here is my visualisation of Captain Laurence.
For anyeone who is unfamiliar with the books, this is the main human character, who has a big ass dragon called Temeraire as his buddy. A human-dragon relationship that is so much stronger than, oh I don't know, Eragon? Well, it is different in any case. I favour these books over Paolini's in any case.
Anyway, yeah. Human piccy.. should've drawn the dragon.. But I already did that a few years ago on deviantART. Maybe time for a new version, one of these days, including both characters.
Enjoy!

Oooh, I need to reread those books, the dragons in there are awesome (and who doesn't love Temeraire? He just seems so adorable to me). Something about Naomi Novik's Temeraire series really draws one in. I just love the unique mixture of history and dragons.
I still wonder what a Celestial/Kazilik hatchling would look like.
These dragons definately have a stronger bond than the ones in Eragon, but if their human companion dies, at least they won't die as well (like Eragon and Pern). The dragons at the very least are independant enough to take care of themselves.
