Patrick met Alexander at a small convention for anime lovers. The two where at a booth for a niche anime that they mutually enjoyed. They started a discussion and quickly became friends and exchanged contact information. At first, the two only communicated online and late into the night. However, one day Alexander invited Patrick, who is too shy to ask first, to watch their favorite shows together at his house. Really liking Alexander as a friend, one that he found attractive at that, Patrick overcame his shy nature and agreed to spend time with him in person. They had a blast laughing at the funny moments and became even closer friends.
