I am happy to announce that I have finalized my commission sheet and will be opening them! i really hope you guys have been enjoying what I've been doing so far, and would like support in the future.

TOS (Terms of Service):

Payment needs to be sent in full before I start the commission.
Do not pay until I accept the commission and tell you to. I can offer payment plans, but only to those I am aquanted with or have commissioned me multiple times. I will mention this in my invoice if you do or don't have a payment plan.

References need to be sent with your commission request.
Exceptions are if I'm designing a character for you, or if I'm making a reference sheet for your character. Doing this ensures that I have the reference in advance.

I do not offer refunds after the commission is finished.
I will offer a chance to cancel the commission and refund you when I send you the first sketch. You will be charged a 10% fee for cancelling a commission.

I retain all rights to the commission.
This means I have a right to post or not post a commission, and the right to use it as an example in my commission information.

I have the right to decline a commission at any time.
This includes: Things I don't feel comfortable drawing/want to draw, things I may not be able to draw, and if you want to be disrespectful or treat me inappropriately.

Commissions are for personal use only.
If you'd like to use something for commercial use, you need to message me for different rates.

All commissions will be paid using paypal.
You are required to send me your paypal email so I can send an invoice. a copy of my TOS will be sent with my invoice.

Finished commissions can be reposted as long as credit is given.
However, please check to see if I posted your commission to the website you plan on reposting to. I'd appreciate you sharing what I posted to your profile rather than reposting if I have it up, but that isn't mandatory.

You can get up to a 70 Percent discount on a commission depending one what tier you support me at.

I have the right to update my terms of service at ANY time.
I have the right to change or add terms as I please, so please go through and make sure you read them every time you commission me.
