Oh god, the pain. The worst bit is waiting for cats to get bored with this and leave of their own accord. Any attempt to remove them will result in their transformation into a sort of furry limb-barnacle made of scalpels, rage and death. At this point amputation is generally the best course of action, assuming it has not occurred already.
