This seems just your usual pangram of 29 letters.
Few people would look twice at it.
Those few people would find it quirky, and wonder why it even exists.
After all, "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" is and old, tried and true pangram, useful for testing any character set.
Somewhere, however, a golem is waiting for her next master.
She sent this cryptic message to seek agile and inquiring minds.

If you ask me, it's squirrels and raccoons that need lessons from the chicken.
Those critters are hopeless, continually being made into road pizza. Even chipmunks, the self-propelled 'Chicken McNuggets' of North American's fauna, have a better idea what to do when vehicle bear down on them.
But for whatever reason... apparently poultry like ducks, geese and chickens are damn good at getting safely across roads. How many of them do you stumble upon flattened?

Who made her? How long ago, where, and why? Just how and when did she apparently become computer-literate?
... what exactly is the significance of the writing on her collar?
