When you have a talented artist like Sebafox producing such beautiful looking feet from the toeclaws to the creamy soles and the arches, even someone whom wasn't particularly into feet might well want to gaze at them awhile to admire the works of art that they are. Riley is a handsome young lion so there's bound to be some admiring glances in any case and in this situation with him relaxed and his feet on display he's giving some inadvertent eye candy and probably driving people wild without even realising it. If he only knew that his feet are just as attractive as those of others whom he admires but that's probably just down to confidence.
Though I suppose if you were feeling a little mischievous and he'd just told you to chill you could maybe just play it off as you were just considering if you could get away with tickling his feet if you didn't want to let on the real reason. Though at the moment I don't think he'd necessarily be in the mood for that.

Yeah, Sebafox really does make amazing feet, and it was such an honor to see he drew Riley since he likes him a lot. I’m totally gonna return the favor by drawing one of his characters. He has such a great roster that I definitely wanna draw one of his dudes. ^^
He has such an awesome art style that I agree anyone who aren’t into feet would definitely love how great his style looks. And maybe after taking a look at his gallery might actually consider getting interested in feet because the way Sebafox draws them is so attractive as he gives the wideness and meatiness to those soles, and I’m sure anyone who’s in the same room Riley’s in while he’s resting with his feet up got attracted too, though he doesn’t realize how much people love his feet as he believes they’re not as good as the other feet he admires from other guys, like his dad and friends... or maybe he does realize it and pretends to not care just to tease the person staring at his feet even more. XD
I guess a good tickling could straighten up his attitude after he’s probably telling that person to chill out when he sees they’re trying to be sneaky on those thick creamy soles of his, though they’d probably have to be even more sneaky to get a successful tickle in. XD
