So I indulged in a trade with the ever delightful 
snitch, and this was his contribution to it: A picture of Dolce Miseria's 4th seat, Tobias Red.

Tobias Red, known as the 4th Seat of the Dolce Miseria Syndicate, serves as both bounty hunter and hit-man for hire. A beastly creature, he devours those he hunts, seemingly for pleasure. He has been known to commit "vore" through his mouth, posterior, navel, genitals, and allegedly his tail. Rumour has it victims can be absorbed between his large pectoral muscles, but that remains to be proven.
Alleged witnesses have claimed that he can digest victims quickly or not at all, thus his weight fluctuates based on meals. And yet inexplicably he returns to a stable weight once coming into contact with the 2nd Seat (codename: Mr. Big). Alleged witnesses declare that he relishes the act of devouring victims, and has frequently toyed with them both physically and sexually.
His tail possesses a paralytic venom, making it easier for him to capture victim, before devouring them. Alleged witnesses have made claims that they have seen him devour someone, and yet later "excrete" them whole without damages. This creates known conflicts in intelligence between him digesting victims and causing no harm to them via his gastrointestinal tract.
If encountered, DO NOT APPROACH. Special measures will be required to capture and detain "Tobias Red". Do not attempt to converse, as he is known to have a reactive and violent temperament. He is considered a high security threat, and should be handled as such.
