My last pokemon character. I've decided that I'm just going to draw them as they come instead of giving them all back stories and keeping them. I shouldn't need to have a reason to draw a specific pokemon or species of something.
This is Blossom, better known as Mama B. She runs a halfway house where orphaned pokemon can stay as long as they need to free of charge, and she tends to them as needed (Food, medical attention, and good old TLC.)
Oh, and she's a Blissey. :>

I understand where you're coming from to an extent. It can be a hassle to develope an OC and then give them a background history right off the bat(once again, if this doesn't make sense, I said i only understood to a certain degree) I had this problem with my first ever anthro char. Aside from what I believe are my pointless ramblings, this is a really cool anthro blissy and she looks so cuddly too!
Actually it's pretty much I want to draw something but I don't feel like making it into a full character. I have tons of characters, and I don't feel like I really need any more at the moment. I'm happy just drawing what I feel like drawing, not having to make it into a full on developed character.
