Chaos felt his ears droop nervously and his body tense with apprehension while his eyes darted across every well curved inch of the lavender coyote strolling up the driveway. Pandora. His sister.
The girl was wearing a sharp, shiny pair of sunglasses, and had a bright red bag strapped across her left shoulder. Her hips curved back and forth with every step she took, and her crimson Ribbon ears weaved back and forth with her movements. She offered Chaos a grim smile as she entered the garage, slowly looking over the situation that lay out in front of her.
“Hello Chaos. Hello Foxy. Hello small baby holding a knife.” She said nonchalant as she passed by the three of them and disappeared into the house. Chaos, Foxy and Rush all looked at each other in confusion, and turned instantly, towards the door to the house as it opened again, and Pandora returned. She’d removed her sunglasses, and her bag, and was simply carrying a large, brown mallet- which she promptly swung into Chaos’ skull.
“WHAT IS THE MATTER WITH YOU?!” She shrieked venomously, her eyes narrowed violently at her brother. Chaos gave a muddled cry of pain and stumbled to his knees, both his paws clutching at his head where a large lump had grown and several small blue birds fluttered around.
“What’s wrong with me?! You’re a hammer swinging psycho!” The puppy cried, but Pandora wasn’t listening any longer. Her attention instantly shot towards Rush, whom she scooped into her paws and batted the knife from his hands- which landed three inches away from skewering Chaos in the crotch.
“Look at this innocent, sweet little kitten!! I cannot BELIEVE you’d let him play with a KNIFE! I don’t know how you could be so smart and so dumb at the same time! REALLY!” She snarled, snuggling the kitten warmly against her chest. Chaos shook his head wildly, trying to clear the fluttering birds from his vision, and took a dizzying step to his feet.
“N, no no…that’s not…He isn’t really a ba…it’s RUSH!” He sputtered. Pandora twisted and glared at her brother, while Rush happily nuzzled into the well racked canine.
“Rush?” She snarled. Chaos quickly nodded his head, and grasped the bench with both paws to help stabilize himself.
“R, Rush. Rush. I turned Rush into baby on accident, using my gun which was supposed to turn him invisible, but actually turned him into a baby and now he wants to kill me cause I won’t turn him back.” The boy explained sheepishly. Pandora glared for a moment, placed the infant on the bench and picked up her mallet again.
“Oh no…” Chaos whined, just as the strike hit, this time leaving several bright, glittering stars swirling about the puppy’s head.
“AND a liar. Oh, I am SO mad with you right now it isn’t even funny. But it’s not good to be mad around such cute, precious little babies.” She cooed, cuddling Rush into her arms again, while Chaos struggled to climb to his feet.
“Oh, you can’t be mad, But VIOLENCE WITH HAMMERS IS PERFECTLY FINE?! Chaos snarled. Pandora gave a huff and turned away, nuzzling Rush’s cheek.
“Hush Chaos! You’ll upset the baby. Stupid. Anyway, who’s a cute widdle guy? Who’s a little cute?! Yes you are. Yes you are!” Pandora squeaked, eagerly drawing Rush up against her and wandered back into the house. Chaos gave a nervous yelp, looking up to see Rush peering over Pandora’s shoulder at him. There was an angry, violent look twisting the features of his muzzle, and he drew a single, solitary claw across his neck before the two of them vanished inside. Chaos took a dizzied step forward, collapsed to the ground and sighed meekly.
“I think Pandora’s mad with you.” Said Foxy curtly.
“A tad miffed.” Said Chaos.
“Is this going to get worse before it gets better?” Asked Foxy.
“Very.” Said Chaos.
“Well then I’m going to get hammered! See you if you manage to survive! “ Quipped the blue Fox happily, and dashed out of the garage, leaving Chaos laying on his back, staring up at the glowing lights on the ceiling. The puppy gave a groan and squeezed his eyes shut.
“…I have GOT to fix that gun.”
