This is Lucky, a background character! He sells dolls in a shop called Little Doll Boutique, only he tends to be a bit sly. He was once taken to the nightmarish world of Dreamland (which can only be visited through sleep, where lots of monsters reside and prey on unsuspecting visitors) because of one of the dolls he sells, but was able to sell it away in the end.

Now he can sleep peacfully again! Why worry?
