You might be amused by this picture, but not get its meaning. Let me explain.
Many of you will have seen Beverley Hills Cop, featuring Eddie Murphy as Detroit detective Axel Foley trying to solve his old friend's murder in the upmarket, straight-laced world of Beverley Hills, CA. In the sequel, Foley returns to Beverley Hills when one of the officers who helped him through that case is the victim of an attempted murder.
In an attempt to get privileged information from the office of a lawyer named Sidney Bernstein (Gilbert Gottfried) Foley takes a handful of parking tickets up to Bernstein's office claiming they're his. Recognising the registration and model of the car as his wife's Bernstein's reaction is immediate and furious! He flagrantly bribes Foley and allows him to use his computer to wipe the tickets off his record! Foley wastes no time in getting the information he needs.
The irony of this scene is that the voice of Mushu from Mulan (Murphy) is talking to the voice of Iago from Aladdin (Gottfried) and this picture reimagines that scene accordingly!
